Payment and Cancellation Terms
Payment
The course fee must be paid before the course begins. By paying the invoice, you accept our terms of service.
Absence from Group Lessons
Absence, regardless of reason, is considered as completed instruction for the participant in question.
Individual Lessons / Consultations
If the lesson is cancelled more than 24 hours before the agreed start time, it will be rescheduled at a time that suits both parties.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time will be considered as a completed session.
Prices
Individual instruction with a teacher: from NOK 400 / 45 minutes
Individual practice with a student assistant: from NOK 300 / 45 minutes
Norwegian group instruction (5–8 participants): NOK 130 / 45 minutes
(You pay per module; one module lasts two months.)
Discount for Refugees
Refugees receive a 25% discount on group lessons. If a course certificate from HK-dir is required, the regular price applies.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days from the payment date.
You agree that instruction may begin before the deadline expires. Once the course has started, the right of withdrawal is forfeited, and any payments made will not be refunded.
If you withdraw before the course starts but after the withdrawal period has expired, 70% of the course fee will be refunded; 30% will be retained by the school to cover costs.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send written notice to the school. A refund will be issued within 14 days after the notice is received.
