CONSENT TO PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA AND RECEIVING ADVERTISING


I hereby consent to the processing of my personal data by the supplementary education school Multiskole Parmenova, organizational number 916 542 496, registered at Munkerudveien 84, 1165 Oslo, and I also confirm that I am providing this consent in my own interests or in the interests of the person I legally represent.


The consent applies to the following categories of data, including personal data:


• last name, first name;

• telephone number;

• email address.


The information is processed in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Act. No other information will be collected beyond what is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing, and personal data will not be used for purposes other than those described herein. Consent to the processing of personal data is given for the purpose of receiving advertising from Multiskole Parmenova.
I have been informed and agree to the following terms of processing my data, including personal data, when receiving advertising from Multiskole Parmenova.


1. Personal data is processed using HubSpot automation tools.

2. Advertising is distributed via telecommunications networks through advertising and information mailings to the subscriber’s e-mail address.

3. Personal data is processed in such ways as collecting, recording, systematizing, accumulating, storing, clarifying (updating, changing), retrieving, using, transferring (providing, accessing), depersonalizing, blocking, deleting, destroying personal data.


This consent is valid from the date of its signing until the expiration of the storage periods for the relevant information or documents containing my personal data, and may be revoked in whole or in part at any time upon written request sent to the e-mail address info@multiskole.no.


Your rights: you may request access to the stored information about you at any time, and you may request a copy of it. Access must be requested in writing. You may request that incorrect or incomplete information be corrected, and you may also request that unnecessary information about yourself be deleted. You have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted in the following situations: 1. if you believe that your personal data is inaccurate, processing may be restricted for a certain period so that you can verify whether the information is inaccurate. 2. if the processing is unlawful, but you object to deletion and instead request that the information be retained. 3. if Multiskole Parmenova no longer needs the information for the purposes of the processing, but you need the information to enforce or defend a legal claim and therefore want it to be retained. 4. if you have objected to the processing and are awaiting a response to a complaint.
